Veterans United makes every other lender look like they are running a goat rodeo. I've done my past 2 mortgages with Veterans United and I will never go to anyone else. Eleventy billion stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After jumping through hoops to get my loan done, I am informed that the already extended closing date was in danger of not being met. Because the underwriter made us do backflips, the team apparently didn't think we could pull it off because they were left completely unprepared for closing. What a BS answer. My team and the sellers team had to jump though additional hoops to pull it off. I'm going to make it a mission in life to ensure that VU gets as little business from my contacts as possible.
Kim and Sarah are the bomb! They made the whole process simple and smooth from pre approval through closing. They were always available when i had questions and needed them. Would rate them 12/10 but i can only rate them 10. Would highly recommend.
