To be able to close a loan in the current environment is a heavy lift, but to also have to work on the short timeframe we had is a whole other story. From day one the plan to our big day was laid out in detail on my customer portal. It started out with a lot of tasks to complete, but there was always a someone there to offer guidance or explanation. This didn’t feel like a business transaction, but more like team working towards a goal. It captured the thing I love and miss the most from being the the USMC, camaraderie and the commitment to success. I wasn’t the only one who picked up on the team’s precision and professionalism. While at the closing the title company commented on how great it was to work with Veterans United.
VU worked miracles to get my loan for me. They were patient and responsive to the silly questions I asked and worked really hard to overcome the bumps in the road put into place by the VA. They hooked me up with a great realtor who was very knowledgeable about the local area and market.
