The website is great. You do not have to wait until office hours and then leave a message after elevator music and playing tic-tac-toe on the keys to eventually get to the person you want to speak to. Most questions are answered right there, and in fact, there are other resources available that help guides you that you may not even think of. I never once had to wait for more than a day to receive a response and for the most part, I received a response in hours not days. So despite it having been quite a while since my last home purchase all my questions were patiently addressed and answered. This was to be a big investment and the last thing I needed was any added stress or worry, and with this team on my side, I didn't have stress and worry added but had it removed.
