Recommend again and again

Veterans United was an exceptional experience. They assisted with every aspect of the loan. Providing Real Estate Agent, appraisal, Loan Officer assistance and guidance with forms, questions and concerns. Most forms were automated so no waiting for them to be mailed and then returned just fill them out on docu-sign and return. It was a pleasurable experience working with such a caring, informative and knowledgeable team of professionals.

Of all the loan officers I have worked with in the past, Haley by far was exceptional and made the experience a lot less painful

Veterans United is the real deal. They will work with you to find you your home. Any Vet that is looking to buy a home Veterans United can help you make that dream of home ownership possible. I am a Veteran and I approve of Veterans United. The service they provide is outstanding.

Please understand this is a long process. However, it helps you disciplined your spending and teaches you how to save. Always remember good credit is a life saver

I highly recommend any veteran use Veterans United to purchase a new home. They are responsive !! I completed half of my original application on line late on a Sunday night. The next morning at 0900 hours I received a call from a VU representative and we completed the form together. They always responded to questions in a timely manner, If they told you they were going to do something-it was done.
Everyone I interacted with was knowlegeable about the process, able to communicate what was needed to be done and the best way to do it. But most impressive was their attitude. They were always understanding, respectful and PATIENT !!! Just a great experience.

This entire process was horrible. Promise was helpful in the beginning, but often skipped over questions. She eventually stopped responding to emails all together. I ended up speaking me her shift/team lead, Kayla, she was the only one on the team that helped me during the process. Also, the communication was very little if any. I had to push my closing date back and ended up having to send two POAs. They tried to make me wait another week until after Memorial Day was over, but Kayla ended up getting everything together for me.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Aaliyah, it is important for us to incorporate customer feedback whenever possible to improve our service. It is our goal to provide consistent and personable communication throughout the entirety of your experience and we are disappointed to know that was not this outcome. A member of our client advocate team has attempted to contact you. If you are willing to share more information, then please do reconnect with them for continued support. We value your input, and would like to learn more so we may understand how this was not better managed and not have it happen down the line.
We're very satisfied working with Veterans United. Thanks to them we were able to buy our dream home.

They are a great lender to go with when considering buying your next home. Interest rates are lower than most other lenders I have used in the past.

Veterans United helped me considerably through the qualifying process and made its as painless as possible. At 70 years old I was able to to get a new home to to live in.
