Sometimes there were inaccuracy in documents on the portal and we had to connect with Taylor our mortgage coordinator to rectify. Attention to detail is important so perhaps some additional oversight or training is needed.
Everything was perfect. Team was always available, answered all of my question on time and advised me in the right direction every time.
I've used VU for my past two home purchases. In my 8 years as a Realtor, I'd dealt with many mortgage companies and certainly have recommended VU for my Veteran clients... I highly recommend VU to my fellow Veterans.

Do not use veterans United unless you plan on closing a month after your projected closing date and you plan on paying AT LEAST $6,000 in closing cost and sending them your LES every two weeks to prove you’re still in the military. Your loan team will not treat you as a priority and will rarely answer your calls. Stay far away from this company and use USAA instead.
