This was my first time buying a new home. There was a lack of communication between me and the loan officer. One hour before closing I was still trying to understand the final disclosure document and why he could not explain a 1419.00 fee. Jeremy, failed to contact me when the interest rates were going up. I ended up paying a much higher interest rate than I could have? If he would have guided me in the right direction. I feel like veterans united robbed me of what should ha e been one of the most important exciting days of my life.

Everyone was polite, very patient and helpful this was my first time buying a home. I ran into a lot problems between my household getting covid again to getting injured at work shortly after being sick. Tommy Purk was saint through it all.

Everyone helped me throughout the process even though I was the easiest person to contact. I was constantly out of the country with minimal phone service but they stayed patient and helped me the best they could. I don’t think I could’ve done this without their help.
