From the moment that I initiated the process to procure a loan Jerry contacted me immediately. He was very understanding of certain time frames I had where I could receive calls at home, he sent out texts and we emailed back and forth. He was always there to answer any questions my wife or I had, even questions that may have come up after we had spoken earlier in the day. He made this first time home owners experience an enjoyable one. If Jerry and his team are indicative of how Veterans United as a whole operates than I would never question sending veterans or active duty military personnel I know his way.
The only negative thing I would say is there seems to be a few contacts and they were not always easy to get in touch with. But Jon Beahan was always available and quick to respond.

Unbelievable professionalism would sum up my experience. My team went way above and beyond to get my loan approved. They did all the work ! My job was easy.
