I've attempted this process previously with other lenders but no other lender has given us the same confidence and care like Ali and her team has. Great communication (one on one and through the web portal) and professionalism throughout the entire team. Although the whole process seemed so fast to us (compared stories about other lenders), we definitely felt like we were being helped rather than just being "processed". The experience extended beyond the Veterans United team as they've surrounded themselves with great real estate agents and brokers as well. The entire experience was less frustrating than it was purchasing our vehicles. I definitely recommend Veterans United, especially for those veterans who may feel overwhelmed or intimidated by the whole home buying process, like I was.

The process was intense and detailed but when I consider the time it took to gain approval, especially considering that it was a VA loan with all the Federal guidelines and requirements, a remarkable feat was done by Nick, Sidney, and Kathy in a very reasonable time. This was my first time entering into the "home buying process." Working with Veterans United was incredibly easy (and fast!). They provided an amazing team who helped me with getting everything taken care of as well as additional assistance on things like researching for home and auto insurance quotes and utility providers that service the area where I was buying my home. They made this entire process so easy and painless. Their portal (myVU) is awesome - its user friendly and so easy to use. They made a "to do" list and you just upload the documents they need and you can sign everything in the portal. I've also been surprised with little gifts along the way as a "thank you" or "congratulations" which have been such a nice touch! I will absolutely be recommending Veterans United to anyone I can and I will definitely be back the next time I buy a house.
