I'm really glad you do e-signing of some documents on the day of the loan. Title tells me that you're one of the only lenders to do so with all other lenders still making people slog through a pile of paperwork by hand. I think it's a great business model and would love to see it advertised as a little something extra you do to improve customer experience.
