Documents took longer than needed and we were supposed to have a same day close as our other house. Items had to be left in 2 uhauls for a week ruining several very expensive items.

Our experience was great until the end. It was a 60 day close with plenty of time for underwriting to find issues and resolve them but at the last minute they tell us we probably wont close on time. Needless to say this caused much unnecessary stress. We did close on time but it could have been much less stressful.
Admittedly, I’m pretty hard to get ahold of during the work day. The whole team was very friendly, but persistent and kept everything on schedule. Their document portal is very easy to use, and makes after hours communication very manageable.
I had the distinct pleasure using Veterans United. I highly recommend that all military looking to purchase a house/home to go with them. They are fantastic!!!
