Veterans United services are top notch! This was our third VA home loan purchase in 5 years and Vets United had the best services and specialists hands down. Our loan officer, Jon, was excellent. He made the whole process so smooth and informative. The online web account was great too! We were able to login and see if we had any documents to sign, review signed documents, watch info videos on the process, and/or upload docs. I highly recommend Veterans United for all VA loans. Even at closing, our realtor mentioned that the perception of VA loans is that they tend to be very messy, she said after working with us, she knows this is not the case. She was really impressed with Vets United and the VA loan process- and so we’re we!

I have had the pleasure of using Veterans United 3x and my loan officer has always been Aaron Laxton. If you want to use a company that is truly customer service oriented it is by far Veterans United. Customer service is their top priority. It can be extremely stressful going through the mortgage loan process however Aaron and Jessica Edwards are truly a team that walks you through Pre-approval to Closing without the unnecessary anxiety. Aaron and Jessica are by your side and on your side all the way. I am also happy with their operating system that provides you with a TO DO LIST that makes all the paperwork a breeze. Never, will you text, email or, call them without an almost immediate response. I live in Las Vegas so this is not a review written by a friend. This review is honest and from experience. You will not find a more experienced lender than VETERANS UNITED.

Our VU lender, Marcus, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We had a deal fall through due to the property not having a private road agreement, and had to restart our home search from scratch. Marcus went above and beyond to get us the most lender credits, the absolute best interest rate, and even vetted a few realtors for us along the way. He was sympathetic to our predicament of not being able to find a home in the post-COVID market, and when we did finally find a home he was able to rush our loan through all the offices for a 20-day closing. We truly feel that he had our best interests at heart from start to finish. We’ve purchased other homes in the past, and never have had a lender as personable and professional as Marcus.
