We had an overall pleasant experience with Veterans United. There was some delays in communication due to VU business hours, but overall would recommend for first time homebuyers who desire someone to guide them thru the homebuying process.
Trust the process!!! It may get worrisome at times, but have patience with the people who are trying to help you. If you don’t feel like you are getting the help you deserve, ask for someone else. I promise there is someone in this organization who truly wants to help you. Don’t let one bad experience ruin the whole experience for you. There were some ups and downs, but we got through it and now we have a house to show for all of our efforts!!!! During this whole process we’ve met some really amazing people!!! Again... TRUST THE PROCESS!!!!

Underwriting can be stressful but definitely manageable.
This is my first house. The e-sign process was amazing! I still had quite a few docs to sign at closing, but it was so smooth. There was constant communication between my team and my family. They helped me with things I didn't know I should be thinking about. I will use this team again if I move in the future!
