Due to credit misreporting issues, I almost couldn't qualify for a VA loan. Even though I wasn't qualified, they directed me to Patty, a free credit-advising specialist with VU. She found the error and wrote a letter for me to dispute with to update the information. If it weren't for her, I would not have been able to get my lovely new home. I would recommend a bit more communication during the process. It got a bit frustrating that we were not hearing anything for a couple is months. Also, every few days our bank account would get accessed. It was not until I said something that it stopped. If you are online security and identity conscious, this is a bit alarming especially since it seems for no apparent reason. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would use Veterans United again. Very top notch and on the ball.

My best home buying experience ever! From start to close I knew I had a TEAM of people who truly cared about my home buying experience. They didn't want me in any house, they wanted me to find my HOME. This process took over 6 months of looking at houses And whenever I felt discouraged, they were right there cheering me on. There were a few Hiccups in the closing but they made sure to take care of It Immediately. I closed the day I had planned to, got the Keys, and I know if I have any Questions I can call them anytime.
