The exceptional service can't be praised enough! Throughout the entire process Cara made sure I was updated and knew what the next steps would be. She was very easy to talk with, so understanding, and especially thoughtful in the house warming gift for my daughter and I. I can't thank her and Veterans United enough for the wonderful service and smooth process of buying my home!
I have been in real estate since 2002, retired in 2015. Many changes to the industry to include the mortgage side. I was using my VA loan for the 4th time, very easy process. I will continue to contact Tom Champion for all of my home buying loans.
If you are in the market you will not find a better Loan Officer than Tom, I recommend VU and Tom 100%.

Don’t waste your time on others I did and wish I hadn’t. They were Proffesional beyond belief and worked hard to get me the best deal out there. Very impressed and happy.
Our closing date was for the 17. But , prior to that date, we were to have our final check amount for closing... nope!
So the date to close is now the next day, and still no news about the final amount, so we’re so upset and anxious, is this gonna happen today the 18.
Talk about stress.
