Amanda Leger acted in a manner in which other transaction coordinators should strive to emulate. It didn’t matter the time of day or task at hand, she could always be counted on to answer a call, respond to an email, or reach out to outside entities in order to allow us a smooth buying experience.
If you're a veteran, you owe it to yourself to get in touch with the wonderful people at Veterans United. Their focus is truly on serving those who served.
This is the third or maybe forth time I have worked with Kyle Gardner on either financing or refinance of my home. I really enjoy working with him. If there have been any problems and I contact him he is alway back to me in no longer than a day. The process is pain free and the portal they use to get documents to you work great. Lets you know where you are in the process. Would give them a 10 on everything but did have a little problem during the closing process. I will if need be go to them if I need refinancing or were to buy a new home. Great Company and Great people...Joe Bussard

This company was incredibly helpful during a stressful time. Their task list on the website is incredibly organized and I never had a doubt on what I needed to do and when. They also set me up with a Realtor the same day they contacted me. If you are nervous about buying your first home, this company will do everything in their power to help that. I absolutely will recommend Veterans United to anyone I meet.

I think Zach is a great loan officer. I did get a vibe that he might be overloaded at times making his availability to double or triple check individual loans skewed *might of just been my experience with the appraiser but overall he knows a lot and kept my first time homebuyer stress to a minimum until we were about to close.
Much paperwork, but it paid off, very, very happy. Very low closing cost with no down payment ... the wait was worth it.
