While Tim‘s team did a fantastic job, the closing company that was used could use a few lessons in customer service and professionalism. Telephone and email contact was abrupt and rude at times. The person who came to the house while very pleasant was unwilling to conform to Covid standards in my house.

Our local Veteran's United branch was just so easy to work with. The team handling our closing responded so quickly to any questions and concerns. At one point they were given misinformation that led to the wrong numbers on documents and they fixed it same day, which as a homebuyer, a day away from closing really set me at ease. Great working with them!

The process was very organized and very diligent. The only thing I would recommend to better in the process is having the closing costs before the closing day, other than that I would give it a 10!!!
