The process worked well. Lacey was very helpful . Everything was fine but towards the end it was hectic...title kept asking for things...that feel should have been done sooner then had to go back to underwriting...settlement was about three weeks later then expected.
Veterans United really had our backs the entire way. The team members kept us up to speed on everything we needed to know. They checked in regularly and made sure all of our needs were meet. My husband and I are so grateful for all of their hard work and effort.

I have used Veterans United twice. Both times we ran into issues. The first was mainly with the seller, so not much on the lender (Veterans United), but the closing for the second house was delayed nearly by two weeks in part because of this lender. I cannot recommend them as they produced numerous errors throughout the process. Thankfully, we caught them before anything came to money owed. Regardless, use a good agent who will fight for your interests.
Veteran's United is the premier VA lending service. The coordinated staff run by Stephen Erickson, works in unison to get your VA loan done and closed. The customer portal is a key place for the borrower to upload documents and also to keep a record of the important documents sent and kept in a secure place.
