This was my first home buying experience and Veterans United made this process a breeze. The timing of returned phone calls, emails and inquiries were all very prompt. I never felt out of the loop during this entire process. A home buying experience of supposed to be a nice memorable moment. Mine was nothing but chaos and anger filled days. I am so upset with veterans United and the whole process. I went into the closing thinking o would be getting a small amount of cash at closing only to find out I would have to pay $3,500 extra. This news was broke to me two minutes before I was to sign my closing documents. I cannot believe this was over looked. This again was the worst business transaction of my entire life. I will not ever recommend your services. This is not how veterans are supposed to be treated.
