I feel like Veterans United is the first company that has ever acknowledged my service and helped me with anything. I was in the Army Reserves and most people do not acknowledge this as "real" military service

This is our fourth home purchase and our second loan with Veterans United. Being a Veteran, Normally Veterans United is excellent to work with but this time the process had a few mistakes, that caused us to have a later than wanted closing date and a lot of undo stress. Going off of this experience, I cannot recommend Veterans United.

If you’re looking for a great team of people to work with I highly recommend Veterans United. From loan approval to the front door. They will be with you all the way, answering your questions, guiding through the entire process. Jaclyn was the best. When it came to gathering documents the check list was clear and and organized in a timely manner. I rate her a 10+. She stayed in contact with me and was always kind and courteous. If you want a job well done Veterans United is the way to go.
