Being a first time home buyer, there is no better place to go. The professionalism of the staff from start to finish can't be beat. There is never a time you feel like your best interests are not being put at the top of their list. The patience, the understanding, and the continuous updates about every step is unbeatable. We closed on our house in an amazing 22 days, due to how amazing the loan teams are. We could not be happier with our purchase. There isn't a better VA loan company out there. They make buying a home a much easier and less stressful process.

When I contacted Veterans United Home Loans (VUHL), I had no idea what to expect. When I read that they were not affiliated with the VA or the military, I thought God help me. Let's face it. We're in a time where it seems that everyone is out to rip you off. God answered my prayers. VUHL is a lighthouse in a sea of unfamiliarity. They were God-sent.

Veteran’s United is truly blessed to have them as their employers, because job well done indeed. Todd most especially went above and beyond, and would seek me out on Friday’s before leaving the office regarding any floating questions I had. They were always reachable and answered my questions to their entirety, in a way I can easily understand.

Veterans United is the way to go. They paired me with an awesome loan team, Ross and Drew. They also paired me with a great realtor. I’ve heard horror stories about the process of buying a house but I did not experience that. They took care of business and kept me up to date along the way. I greatly appreciate all they did for me!
Veterans United is the best choice I could have asked for to buy my first home. The process was extremely simple and will only make me share this experience with all my friends so they don’t waste money renting.
I believe that the idea of veterans United is awesome and from others I’ve been told great things from low closing costs to no closing in most instances, but for some reason we paid 2,000 in closing fees which when I talked to others they thought that was way out of range. I just wish the process was more open, the kind of communication wasn’t there I generally had to text or email and ask for someone to call in order to get a response which even then took until noon CST for anyone to get back. I wasn’t given the 3 day mandatory final closing fees and costs worksheet which by federal law I’m pretty sure is supposed to be given. I just wish this was a better overall experience so I could let other veterans know the opportunities they have.
