I notice there's not a "review our underwriting team." The hoops to jump through at the 11th hour and the fact that they were sending incorrect paperwork/information/funds to the attorney made for a less-than-enjoyable experience at the end. And to say "do you want $3000 cash back or a lower percentage rate?" and to come back with, "just kidding, you'll get neither," was also ridiculous.Jake and Denise and Daryk were fantastic.
