The most difficult part of becoming a home owner was taking the first step...The day I finally reached out to Veterans United..not having the first CLUE about how VA Loans work or how to buy a house with it was sincerely one of the best decisions I ever made. From that first call to the day we closed and got the keys to our new home
MY team guided us, patiently answered any questions and provided resources every step of the way allowing my wife and I to feel comfortable and confident in every decision made.
To my team: Shawnee Holsten, Amber Rice, Jason Moit, Jennifer Sutton, Ellen Bennett, and our agents Tara & Chip Pearsall (hope I didn't forget anybody) Sitting out on my back porch writing this I must be getting soft in my middle age. This is how I have to explain the tears that swelled in my eyes out of sheer gratitude and appreciation for making our dreams come true. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.- The Walls FamilyTo my fellow veterans, If you are reading this and not sure if you should call...Just do it. You'll be glad you did.
I promise you this comment will not make any commercial. I fucking love Jake and Kaitlyn. They helped me get my FIRST HOME at 23. I’m the first person in my family to own a home and it was a huge goal for me in my adult life. I will be working with these two again in the future.
Gold stars all around. Avery dig help. Charles
I would highly recommend Veterans United. My whole team was so easy to work with. Also they had so much respect for us Veterans.
If you want a good ribeye then go to a buffet; if you want a great ribeye, go to a stake house. If you want a good lender then go to your local bank, but if you want a GREAT lender, go to Veterans United!
Molly and the whole team was excellent!! They were always available and answered everyone of my questions. They made the process of buying a house stress free.
One thing I feel especially with 1st time home buyers is fulling go over the whole home buying process in more detail. Yes there are plenty of resources on the website, but getting all the info upfront and being able to ask questions right away is definitely helpful and less confusing. Also explaining upfront that cash is not able to be used for anything.
The other thing I would suggest is having more communication between real estate agent via email or 3 way phone conversations when it comes to things needing to be addressed with the sellers. It made it hard being the “middle man” going back and forth between the agent and the loan coordinator when I was asked to tell my agent I need this or that. Especially for the most part I wasn’t quite sure what it was for. I feel like being a “middle man” there definitely can be stuff missed or not delivered properly.
Personally I feel Crystaline should be the main contact with new buyers. She is very knowledgeable and was really great at relating situations and really able to break down the different processes. She is a very personable individual!
To Veteran's United and my team under the leadership of Adam Canote, simply outstanding. I'm not sure of what word(s) I would use to express that level of dedication and professionalism that they demonstrated for me.Honorable mentions to Nancy Wert, my realtor. Amanda Leger, my transaction coordinator. And Ben Lowry, my home buying concierge. They went above and beyond all my expectations. They had my back, my best interests, my voice, and fought for it. Every step of the way. They became like family towards the end of the process. They all have my sincere respect and gratitude.
Thank you for all the help with our home loan. I couldn't have done it with out you!
I don’t exactly think I can put into words how much I appreciate the Veterans United team for their unwavering dedication to changing peoples lives, but I will surely do my best. From the first inquiry, to signing my closing paperwork on my first home, the V.U. Team was their every step of the way to give reassurance and guide me with any questions I had. I’ve heard it before, you’ve probably heard it before too…but Veterans United serves those who have served with great compassion. Thank you all for giving my family and I a new beginning and a fresh start living the American dream. -Colin Butler
To many different windows and check list make it all available on one spot with a list of everything from the beginning not as you go
Counsel new potential borrowers about what they need to avoid and what they can do during the closing period.
I am thankful for everyone's help in helping us obtaining our families forever home!
Adam and his Veterans United team are a wonderful group of people. They walked with me through every step of the process, going above and beyond many times. I highly recommend them to any Active duty or Veteran that is looking to finance a home. They feel like family, and I will miss talking with all of them. If you want the best, look nowhere but here - The Veterans United team is professional and does an outstanding job.

Simply amazing. Start to finish.
Patrick, Jackie, Chas, and Christina were all amazing. They really made the home buying process as smooth as possible. There was not much I had to do on my end. They kept me in the loop with everything. Could not have asked for a better team.
I am forever greatful, Thanks so much and I definitely would recommend
