The process was very simple and even though my loan specialist and I were two time zones apart, he bent over backwards to help me out. If you can work your email, you can get a hassle free home loan.

As a person who works in the financial industry I would recommend Jeannette Klein to my clients or anybody who asked about where they should secure home financing. Her work ethic, timeliness, knowledge and professionalism are beyond reproach.

Honestly, this was the best home buying experience I've had. The first one was with VU and was great. The fact that VU improved on the experience further, is amazing. Great loan officer, great realtor, everyone did very well. I'm super happy with this experience and will definitely be back.

Process was very thorough and communication was excellent

This was a stream line process and easy to deal with,with my work hours. This was a completely stress free experience in every way my loan specialist was Cole Simmons and my agent was Donna. These two had me in a house in about 30 days after we found one we wanted. We loved the fact we could call at anytime and they would be right there to help out. Lastly, I would use both of them again when I go to buy my next house. Veterans United home loans should be used by every veteran trying to buy a home.

We had been trying for years to get a home with no luck. When we contacted Veterans United our whole world changed. From the first call everyone we spoke to was so professional, yet so caring they walk us to every step and made it all so easy for us, took the time to explain everything to us sometimes twice . VU worked very efficiently to get my loan approved and closed. If your shopping around to use your veterans benefits, this is the place to go. They approved and locked in my loan at 3.75%. Closed on my home right on time!
Exactly the same date they predicted. They handled everything and always kept me informed.

As long as you keep one loan officer throughout the process, I would envision it to go smoothly. We only ran into issues when our loan officer had to be out of the office and others were not as responsive to our close date requirements. When all was said and done, we closed on time and got our dream house!

The only thing that was confusing was the final quotes. Otherwise all the team players were very professional and helped me with every question I had and I would recommend them to anyone who would like a VA Home Loan. This was my first going through them and they work with me through and through. THANKS!!!
