Using VU for buying our first home was pretty much painless. They even matched the interest rate of the local bank. Remote closing was almost painless, except for a minor error on the part of the closing specialist causing us to have to re-sign our closing paperwork.

This is the second time I've used a VA loan and the third time I've bought a house. Compared to most other loans, there is a higher standard to meet, but this time, with this team, it wasn't even noticable.
