Everything can be easily signed or uploaded through the myVU portal. It's made very simple. The people assigned to you guide and explain, correctly, of what needs to be submitted. The "To-Do" notifications were the best as I always monitored them and knew immediately what was a next step.
It was an over all easy process considering you are buying a house.
Had I know Chris existed when I started my first home buying adventure I would have saved months as well as a lot of disappointment. He was very knowledgeable, so easy to work with and contact. He knocked it out of the park!
This was a very stressful experience where I feel like I aged 3 years in 1 year. I VERY disappointed with the whole experience. I will say Trevor Damer did pretty good until other people got envolved like Jennifer and ruined/messed up the appraisal process costing my overall several thousand dollars more for my house. Im glad this is finally over with yall and Ill never use your overrated, over hyped services again.
