It was challenging. There were a lot of issues that cropped up while I was deployed and trying to purchase the house at the same time. Could not be more thorough and supportive. Just keep in mind that you have to do what they say they need to complete the process. Respond quickly and don't view this as you have a lot of time to complete things. Issues will arise and you will want to stay calm and seek your options. When all is done, a deep breath and joy will set in. Believe me, DJ and his team go above and beyond. You will be surprised.
