The best decision I have made was to request the assistance from the Veterans United (my dad, a retired Sergeant Major, was the one that recommended Veterans United). I will continue with the tradition of recommending VU to everyone.

Two minutes later, Rachel was reaching out to check on me. Amazing.Even though it may sound cheesy, VU made me feel special during this entire process. Staff was excellent. The transaction flowed smoothly. The web site portal was easily navigated. Ours was a long-distance transaction, however it felt seamless and personal as if we were local. This is a good company!
