“ specializes in VA loans” that didn’t work out so well. I spoke to a fellow Veteran and he referred me to Veterans United. So I looked them up and filled out an easy survey to navigate what service I was interested in and not to long after was connected to Sam Carmack my loan officer. He and his team walked me step by step to which turned out to be a lot easier process than I expected. They care about customer service, the goal and most importantly the Veteran. If this is your first time using your VA benefit or not , I highly recommend using Veterans United!!
Lock in your rates early. Great time to refi
This is the second time we have used VU, and there is a reason I came back. Their experience, professionalism and engagement throughout the process made me comfortable and secure, even when the obligatory "problems" arose.
