Overall, I would recommend the team VU provided us in our home purchase. They were thorough and helpful in keeping us on track with purchasing our home. They assisted (thanks to God) in making the home buying smooth.

This was my first home purchase, so I didn’t know anything about the process. Josh Kaplan (my Loan Officer) and his team walked me through the fog and gave me all the information I needed along the way. I have to say, I thought it was going to be much more difficult. The professionals at Veterans United made it easy, and I never felt like they were just out to get my money. If I buy another home in the future I will skip the lender comparing step and go right back to Veterans United.
They were professional and very fast with the entire process! They always made me feel comfortable and at ease. Even when I didn't know what I was doing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
There should be a check list for vets. That way we can get all the paperwork together. I was getting stuff submitted at the 11th hour.
Then I didn't know what I was bringing to closing until three hours before.
