I can not express how much Veterans United has helped me with my first home. The staff members are excellent (Jessica Zulauf and Kris Santos). The communication and direction was on point. Just to express how smooth the loan process went, the loan closed in 18 days! Yes 18 days!! I would highly recommend any veteran or military personnel to get their loan through Veteran United. All veterans and military personnel knows that nothing goes according to plan, but not Veteran United!!! Veteran United will have my business for life. Dealing with Mr.J.Polk was easy and fairly simple, but I did not deal with him most. dealing with the assistant, or the second hand person was nerve racking. VU has the best rates, so with that I would refer.
