From start to finish, your team members (yes, a whole team is put in place for your application process) are in contact with you at least once every week to two weeks. This begins at pre-approval and continues through closing. They update you on your status along the way and even just call to check how you're doing while looking for a home to purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
