During the process we had a small communication breakdown where status updates weren't coming directly from VU (but rather second-hand through my realtor). After expressing my frustration with the lack of timely updates/transparency Jake quickly took action and made sure moving forward we were well informed and well cared for.
My team that helped me to get a house and a preapproval letter was really easy. Everyone that I had to talk to was great and had a very high customer service voice, friendly and kind. This was the first house I bought and they made my experience a great one!
