I have used Veterans United for my first home loan and subsequent refinances. I couldn't see myself working with another company in the future. They were super helpful with guiding me through every step of the process from details of the loan to finding homeowner's insurance to figuring out where to go to make sure my property taxes are set up properly. They have been an ideal partner in the process for buying my home.
This is our 2nd time using Veteran's United and both times the experience has been very good. Kyle is quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have had. If we should have a need for mortgage services again in the future, we will definitely call Veterans United.

Terrible time management and too many surprises that could have cost me the house purchase. Even with submitting everything required immediately my loan officer dropped the ball too many times to be considered useful and effective. I knew home buying was a headache but it shouldn't have been a nightmare.

They hook you in with promises, then ignore you. Took them 14 months to process our simple refinance. No reason given. Cost us double inspections and extra interest
