We have worked with Meghan at Veterans United for several years now. I do not know of a Loan Specialist that we would rather work with. Meghan is professional but down to earth. She tells you exactly what to expect, communicates very well, and as long as you are diligent in getting the information requested back to her, the process will run smoothly and she will get your loan closed! We purchased our home in November 2019 and I deployed shortly after that. Nathan and his team did a phenomenal job getting this done for us. During my deployment, Nathan reached out about refinancing opportunities and how it would benefit our situation. As I was returning home from deployment, Nathan and his team made it such a smooth process to refinance our home. Our overall experience with United veterans has been great. Started the loan process on 12/5/20 and we just closed on 1/12/21. Our home loan specialist Wes Dyer was absolutely awesome. He kept in constant contact with things we needed to do on our end. Doing everything electronically made the process so much easier. Not to mention faster. Thanks United Veterans!!!
