I like how their team works to make sure everything we need is being met. They are all professional.
Over all i liked the company there was alot that happened in my personal situation that was out of there control and i understand that. If i had to give one word of advice make it easier to connect with the person you need. I personally have about 11 different phone numbers for 4 different people in the same company. Make it easier to get ahold of the person you need especially in time sensitive situations.

The people we worked with were awesome. We do have a complaint though - immediately after beginning the loan process we began receiving annoying spam calls. They haven't stopped. Not sure if they sell info or if there is some security problem, but it's the one thing that would have me giving Veterans United, as a company, less than an outstanding rating.
Veterans United was a very painless and almost effortless loan process. If you supply them with the things on your to-do list in a timely manner, your loan process will go very quickly. My personal loan from the time my seller accepted my offer from start to finish took a total of 34 days. You too can have this experience with Veterans United.
