No hidden fees, just make sure you look into the VA funding fee if you're a second time home buyer. The rates went up this year 2020 but will go down again in 2022 I think. Easy process, very streamlined and effortless.

VU website makes uploading documents extremely easy and keeps everything on track. Their underwriting department, while annoyingly on top of EVERYthing, will be very beneficial to protecting a new homeowner.
James and Ashley are fantastic! They not only helped me when I first brought my house but were great in the refinance process as well. I stuck with them for that reason always available by phone, text, or email for any of my million questions with explanations I could understand.
