Veterans United is GREAT to work with when purchasing thru the VA. The process is very easy. The buyer is pretty much in complete control with regards to how fast a loan closes. If there was ever an issue or potential issue I only heard solutions from my loan officer Adam and his team, no negativity.
I can honestly say to any veteran that if you're looking to purchase thru the VA then VU is your path to success and less stress.
I'm pretty sure the process would have went more smoothly had the seller did not passed away and things went to probate causing excessive delays and the holiday timing and even some health issues (covid concerns). All these delays ending up costing me thousands(storage rentals ,campgroung cost etc.) However life is the lords planned journey .
