Veteran's United is most certainly a family friendly organization, supporting active duty and veteran families. I would be happy to use them again. My only recommendation for others is to not be hard and fast on your closing date, as the company is at the mercy of their contracted appraiser's and the process can't move forward if that gets backed up. Our closing date was pushed back (thankfully only by 1 day) as a result of an appraiser not submitting necessary items after many attempts at contacting the company. My only recommendation is to remain flexible while working with this company and you'll have a great experience!
Go with Hunter! I was very nervous about not being perfect on paper and everything worked out easily. I would give him 20/10 if I could. Hunter is phenomenal and professional. More than that I felt calm, informed and I trusted what was going on and what I was doing the whole time. As a first time home buyer Hunter made me feel like a valued client and no inquire was too small. Also the timing of every step was on point, even with this hectic 2020 rampage going on in the market and just before the holidays, which says A Lot. I got recommended to him and honestly if I consider buying another home in the future I would want him and his team to work with.

The staff at Veterans United from day one not only gave me hope but fostered that hope through the entire process all the way to a reality. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with during a stressful experience like buying a home!
