Everyone was helpful and did their best to answer our questions and discuss our concerns. Ms Amory'e Curtis deserves special mention. The information and assistance she provided was extremely valuable. She saved us a great deal of time, energy, and made the process less frustrating. It was always a pleasure speaking with her. We are now working with a moving company she sourced and hope to be in our new home soon.

No communication, I bought a home for 277k how about a little information on how much fees are going to be not say ok and how much do you want a loan for? I don’t know? Well just pick a number and you’ll come out of pocket at the signing date because I see you have money in your account! How about asking how we want to pay closing! Instead it’s also a surprise and I’ll pay out of pocket at closing. And sending the SAME information over and over and over is ridiculous

While the process is slightly more difficult for Small Business owners it is worth working through it with Veterans United!









The only person who we dealt with that gave us grief was the appraiser, she was very unprofessional and didn't want to work very well to make our closing easy. Not a good mark for her a zero
