We think that the Veterans' United application process was seamless. The online portal provides instant updates of any changes or requests, which was great! Our leading team: Danny, Ryan, and Danielle, communicated with us regularly and was always professional.
I've worked with Veterans United on several occasions now, each time receiving outstanding customer service. I recommend them to all my fellow vets and others I come into contact with, who are looking to purchase or refinance a home. When you contact them for any reason, they imediately follow up with you. If you have questions or issues you don't understand, they mmediately get you answers and are very thorough in explaining anything you may not understand. What I also like and appreciate, they continue checking on you long after you close, and when things change in the world that may benefit you in your situation, they reach out to to let you know. Highly recommend them, always.
While I did appreciate the little gifts I received during the process, I do not feel that using Veterans United was worth it. This process should have been easier on us but it was so stressful and I wanted to quit multiple times despite the money I already paid. We had to sign 4 separate amendments because we just couldn't close in time. I was 5 months pregnant when this started and now I am in my third trimester and can do less than I could before. Moving is frustrating enough but this was handled very unprofessionally.
