If the work ethic displayed by these two women are a example of the other employees at Veterans United, I would without hesitation or reservations recommend VU to any Vet looking to use their VA loan to either purchase or refinance a home.
Overall, a great painless process !
The process was fast and pleasant, Veterans United has truly found a way to simplify home buying.
For veterans this is the only way to go if you need a mortgage to make a home purchase.
as said before in questioned 1, if all VA Home Loan consultants are as good as Matt is. if they are also very friendly, concerned, funny, caring, great character and always follows up with everything including checking in every so often, even years after signing is accomplished. if they can make everyone feel really good about how their process is handled and their concerns. it will be a win for those who are looking for a VA Loan.
It was a miserable and overly stressful experience. I should have stayed with USAA.

My experience with VU was infallible. I Mean top notch. They was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was done so smoothly. I have beyond 5 star rating for my VU loan team. I thank Dylan with helping with getting the credit score I needed, I Devin for walking me through the process and getting me pre-approved. Also answering any questions I had. I thank Ben for making my first time home buying experience easy. I thank Bethany for getting everything done for me to move forward with buying my new house. She was very helpful and she went above and beyond for me I definitely appreciate all she had done to keep the process running smoothly. Last but not least my guy Daniel sealed the Deal for me on my new home. Daniel was perfect he made sure I was good throughout the home buying process. I like that the process is mostly all online (Except for the Notorized part off course). This way I was able to review and sign docs when I had time like lunch and after work. Andy Moe, Thanks for the awesome job buddy. This is my Second time with you.
I very highly recommend Veterans United! Ryan, who initiated the loan process, Ed, my VA realtor, and my finance officer, Dylan, and his entire team were outstanding. They guided me through the entire process and made me feel like I was their only client. They made what I was afraid would be stressful into a painless experience. Ed found a new build house that I fell in love with and was perfect for me. Veterans United turned what I felt was a dream into a reality. VA as a whole is well structured. The underwriting process was a lot less stressful then in the past. Approval provess was quick and flexible. This is my first time using VA and im pleased with the end result.
