My experience with veterans United from start to finish was absolutely incredible. I randomly did an Internet search and they were the first ones to pop up. The online app was amazing, I felt like it was super easy to send documents back-and-forth and sign whatever was needed to sign immediately. My loan team was on top of everything, and worked with me to navigate a grant that I received and I couldn’t be more grateful.
My only issue was with the request for my PCS orders please remember for the future that PCS orders does not contain the information the underwriter was looking for. Based on the guidelines that was shared with me its best to just get the commanders memo or a copy of the enlistment/ reenlistment contract.
