This was my first time buying a home. I felt that this experience was easy due to the people of VUH. They cared and it showed. They listen and they work with you. I really am happy about my home and I couldn't ask for a better team.
Veteran's United is a very professional company. The website, loan specialists, and application and closing process is very easy to understand and follow. Communications were outstanding, and we always felt like their most valued customer.

Great service and quick replies to emails and phone calls. Completely electronic process. Lock in rates will increase considerably even when the delays are not on the buyers or sellers end.
Customer service is important to me and earns my trust and then my business. Veterans United betrayed that trust in two ways. First, by selling the servicing of my loan; and Second, by selling it to Wells Fargo, a shamefully unethical company I would NEVER do business with willingly.
I will never do business with Veterans United again.
The sad thing, this review will probably go to the same folks that my complaints went, resulting on this going in the circle file. Scamming Veterans.
