Again, we are grateful that the sell of the house finally went through, but we feel that so much stress could have been avoided had our loan officer been a little more supportive and available with our needs and questions. I also don't think that it was an appropriate question to be asked WHY we were moving to Oklahoma! The purpose of our move was really no one's business. That was a personal question. Obviously we met the financial needs and concerns of the lender and I don't see where that question fit in. I also don't feel that it was appropriate to have to hunt down my previous employer from 3 years ago to prove employment. It had nothing to do with our current financial status. There just seemed to be a lot of unnecessary steps in this process that caused quite a bit of stress and when the questions were asked as to why these were needed, we never got a response. Very disappointed with the overall lack of support.
