We had great experience with veterans United. It was the best choice to get our mortgage with them. If we going to buy another house in future we will definitely go with veterans United again.

As of home buyer for the first time I had lots of questions and concerns, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I purchased a home that I truly wanted.

The entire experience from start to finish has been truly amazing as everything seemed to happen on schedule without any issues at all! I feel like I just hit the lottery as a first time home buyer! I used vets united when we bought our first home and had Andrea Rice help us with that house and she was great enough for me to remember her name several years later. I have no doubt that I will remember Alex's name for years to come too. Vets united has made the process so simple for my family yet again. The website and "to-do" list is so helpful.
Only issue was the loan estimate of closing costs was about $2300 off from the final closing costs. It was an extra expense I hadn’t planned for.
We will never use Molly again. It was by far the worse service and lack of care I had ever seen towards a service member. Everyone who had to work with her advised they would never work with her again. There was lack of details, lack of basic care or any sense of urgency at all. Never again!
