I would tel them to be patient with the current market. The company is busy and customers may have to reach out to their representatives when they don’t hear back sooner.

Honestly, I started with all the to-do’s when we first got our offer accepted, then I didn’t hear anything for what seemed like a week or two, and the week of the closing I got a request for additional documentation, that I still haven’t received the day after COE.
