VA appraiser was horrible. I am hoping you all can recommend that this appraiser never be used again. She never got out of her car, had grandson/son get out a take pictures. Took forever to get the actual appraisal to us and the. Sellers had to jump out their hind ends to get ready for closing, which was late by the way. Staff was Very friendly until I started getting upset about the appraiser. Then seemed to distant himself when I had questions.
The overall experience, although lengthy and involving numerous transactions and go-backs (given the nature of our particular case), was otherwise smooth, convenient and straightforward. The portal feature and timely communications/updates from the loan team led by Courtney were very impressive.
Quiet possibly the smoothest house closing I've ever been through. Even with a few hiccups along the way we still closed on time. Josh and Emily did a great job keeping in touch and keeping it all on track. Thank you for everything
