From start, sometime in July, to finish on September 4th, this was one well oiled machine. Absolutely everything went smoothly, was easy to accomplish and was thoroughly explained. Really the most difficult thing I had to do was decide to buy a home.

I had a really good experience. I will make 1 suggestion, try to find a real estate agent as close to the homebuyer as possible. Chemistry will probably be better and better opportunity for the homebuyer as agent in the area will be most knowledgeable in all aspects. Thank you for helping me become a home owner.
