I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of help with all my questions I had in the process of buying my first home. My real estate agent ended up being the best help for me, absolutely amazing service from her but disappointed with the service I got from both loan officers involved with my VA home loan. The lack of help with my questions and lack of communication contributed to my stress and made my buying experience not as exciting as it should've been. As a new home buyer I shouldn't feel like I'm expected to understand all the paperwork without someone breaking things down for me.
Being a single mother I was very nervous about buying a home. Dylan my loan officer "held my hand" the entire way. He was clear, detailed and specific on every step of the way.
