Veterans United has plenty of benefits of using and was by far the easiest process of all the houses I have purchased. They need to train their account managers and loan officers on informing their customers on ways to reach someone when questions arise out of normal business hours. They also need to communicate regularly on he status of things happening in the process (this should include when they are looking into problems and even when things haven't changed but are still in progress or waiting.)
