I've heard so many other people say how much of a headache VA loans are, but I honestly have no idea what they're talking about. This is the second VA loan I have gotten with Veterans United and both times it has been an excellent experience. You're walked through the whole process step-by-step and the loan team is great about answering questions and emails. And they let you know what to expect so that there are no surprises. I can't imagine working with another lender.
Highly recommend! Very professional and friendly. Easiest house purchase I've had(out of 4). Logan and Taylor were fabulous. If you are a veteran, this is who you want to work with.
I would have never thought at 25 I would have a brand new built home with such an amazing family to share it with. Matthew Reehl went above and beyond to make sure the home buying process was as easy as possible. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house.
The ESCROW office located in Texas failed to provide information in a timely manner. We have to push to obtain information.
Will never ever use this mortgage company again. The sooner you all sell my loan to Penny MAC, just like you did when I was in Afghanistan, the better.

Kyle made the entire loan process easy to understand and smooth. The entire process was easier than I expected.
Great company and very involved in the home buying process. They’re fast to process data and request documentation needed to build a file for the underwriters. Communication is good, but stay involved in the process to insure nothing is missed. If you’re involved and quick to respond the process will close on time problem free.
